eGo Fintech

The corporate website for a Togolese fintech, presenting its mobile money app and its merchant payment service to the public, to banking partners and to future merchants.

Solo build during an eight-month internship: template choice, content integration, scroll animations, deployment

eGo Fintech (now Legombo) is a Togolese fintech that connects the country's mobile money systems, Flooz and TMoney, inside a single mobile app, with a merchant payment service on top. The company already had a website that had fallen out of date and no longer reflected its offer or reassured its banking partners. Built during an eight-month internship, this one-page site presents the two products, eGoTransfer and eGoPay, the agency services and the partner network (Ecobank, Visa, Togocom, Moov Africa, Togo Invest and others), and links straight to the app stores. It is a static site assembled on the Slides Framework, with scroll-driven animations and a typewriter effect on the headings. I took it end to end: choosing the template, integrating and extending the content, building the animations and deploying it. It is in production at egofintech.com.

Key features

  • One-page overview of the two products: eGoTransfer (Flooz/TMoney transfers, airtime, USSD, international transfers) and eGoPay (merchant payment collection).
  • Direct links to download the mobile app from the App Store and Google Play.
  • Partner and agency-services sections, to build trust with banks and future merchants.
  • Scroll-driven animations and a typewriter effect on the headings, added on top of the template.
  • Embedded product video.
  • Responsive: adapts from desktop to mobile with a collapsible menu.
